TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Members will not have any claim against www.ecoinn.in for any time delay in posting their booking into www.ecoinn.in  website due to any technical reasons.

  • If there is any dispute about or involving the Site and/or the Service, by using the Site, you agree that the dispute will be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of this reservation will be settled within the jurisdiction of Pune courts only.

  • Children above 5 years are charged in full.

  • Consumption of food & drinks from outside is not allowed within the Resort premises.

  • Pets are allowed inside the Resort premises and a fee will be charged additonally.

  • Booking confirmation with a valid photo id (with address) is required for all the guests during the time of check-in.

  • Photo ID poofs accepted are Driving License, Pan Card, Passport and Aadhar Card. 

  • If any symptom of illness is detected in any person/s accompanying Guest/s  by the Resort management on arrival at the main entrance, the Resort management reserves the right to deny checking in to the Resort and apply cancellation charge as per its cancellation policy mentioned in the website.

PRIVACY POLICY

  • At Eco Inn we respect our guests above all, and we are committed to protecting their privacy. As such, we understand that visitors to our Web site may have questions regarding the collection and usage of personal information. Throughout this Web site you may be asked to provide certain personal information. Any information you provide to us will be treated confidentially.

  • The Company may, based on any form of access to the Application (including free download/trials) or Services or Website or registrations through any source whatsoever, contact the User through sms, email, Whatsapp and call, to give information about its products as well as notifications on various important updates and/or to seek permission for demonstration of its products. The User expressly grants such permission to contact him/her through telephone, SMS, e-mail, Whatsapp and holds the Company indemnified against any liabilities including financial penalties, damages, expenses in case the User’s mobile number is registered with Do not Call (DNC) database. By registering yourself , you agree to make your contact details available to Our employees, associates and partners so that you may be contacted for education information and promotions through telephone, SMS, email, Whatsapp etc.

  • Eco Inn may utilize your information to inform you of our available services, products and specials. You may opt in or out of receiving these materials at any time.

  • Agents or contractors of Eco Inn who have access to your personal information are required to keep the information confidential and not to use it for any other purpose than to carry out the services they are performing for Eco Inn and its service providers will not sell or distribute any of your personal information to any outside organization for its use in marketing or solicitation without your permission.

  • Eco Inn is committed to the security of the data collected at www.ecoinn.in.

​PAYMENT SECURITY

  • It is important to know that whenever you provide the personal details or credit card/debit card information or bank details, it is secured. Your credit card /debit number, name, address, and telephone number are protected by the latest security technology.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellation Fee is 25% of the Booking Amount if a confirmed booking is cancelled before 60 days of the planned Check In date

  • Cancellation Fee is 50% of the Booking Amount if a confirmed booking is cancelled between 59 days to 30 days before the planned Check In Date

  • No amount will be refunded in any of the above cases; only the payment can be adjusted against any future booking within coming 6 months

  • No refund will be made if a Confirmed Booking is cancelled on or less than 29 days prior to the planned booking date.

  • In the unlikely event that we have to change or cancel your reservation, we reserve the right to do so. For the avoidance of doubt, we shall have no further liability to you for any changes to or the cancellation of any booking confirmed over the phone with any of our consultant.

REFUND POLICY

  • Multiple times debiting of Bank Account due to technical error OR Guest's account being debited with excess amount in a single transaction due to technical error. In such cases, excess amount excluding Payment Gateway charges would be refunded to the Card / account Holder.

  • Due to technical error, payment being charged on the Bank Account but Hotel Booking is unsuccessful. if in such cases, Guest wishes to seek refund of the amount, he/she would be refunded the amount, after deduction of Payment Gateway charges.

  • The Guest will have to make an application for refund along with the transaction number and original payment receipt if any generated at the time of making payments.

  • The application will be processed manually and after verification, if the claim is found valid, the amount received in excess will be refunded through electronic mode in favour of the applicant and confirmation sent to the mailing address given in the online registration form, within a period of 7-10 calendar days on receipt of such claim

  • No amount will be refunded in cash under any circumstances.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT

  • Normal check in time is 1:00 PM. For late arrivals, please call for instructions on the procedure for arrival after 6 PM.

  • Check-out is at 10AM.

  • Early check-in and check-out is available by prior arrangement only i.e. subject to availability and prior intimation & confirmation only.

CHILDREN AND INFANTS

  • Child (up to 5 years) can stay free of charge with parents without extra bed.

  • Children above 5 years of age will be treated as young adults and the prevalent reservation charges will be applicable and levied.

NON-ARRIVAL AT THE RESORT (NO SHOW)

  • If you fail to arrive at the hotel on the arrival date the entire reservation will be cancelled automatically by the hotels and will be charged for the entire reservation.

  • If you fail to check in on the first date but still continue your travel plan to stay at the hotel, please, urgently, contact us to keep the room for you for the rest of the nights. Otherwise as mentioned above, the entire reservation will be auto-cancelled and no refund admissible.

SHORTENED STAY (EARLY CHECK-OUT)

  • Shortened stay is subject to entire period charge whether or not you stay the entire period. If you know the change in your plan, please contact us at the earliest to minimize the charge by the hotel subject to cancellation policy.
